NATURAL PHENOMENON TO THE RESCUE!

There was this wealthy man who built a bungalow on a drainage thereby blocking the free flow of waters. Because he was rich, everybody was afraid to challenge him.

Now, there was also a zinc house opposite his bungalow but on the other side of the drainage on a higher ground. In this zinc house lived a poor family.

Now, this rich man built his bungalow between the months of November to March in the dry season. The poor family who lived opposite this bungalow was not happy with this rich man for deliberately blocking the free flow of waters through the drainage.

Then came the month of June. The weather became cloudy with heavy dark clouds rolling south west. Now, the rich man became extremely worried. He feared that if there should be a heavy downpour, the flood waters may cause damage to his residence owning to the fact that the waters may not have an access to flow through.

As the lightning flashed down accompanied by thunderbolts, he came and stood on the balcony with his family looking at the weather. It was obvious that he was not comfortable!

When the poor man and his family saw that the rich man was panicking, he brought out the cassette of Majek Fashek, the rainmaker and he inserted it into his big tape recorder and loud it to the highest. And it sounded out: PAPA-PAPA-PAPA-YO, SEND DOWN THE RAIN! 

They began to dance and sang joyously to the music replicating it

SEND DOWN THE RAIN, OH, LORD, SEND DOWN THE FLOOD. 

HEAVY DOWNPOUR IS ALL WE ARE ASKING!

THE HEAT IS TOO MUCH! 

LIKE YOU DID DURING THE FLOOD OF NOAH, DO IT AGAIN! 

OPEN THE DOORS AND WINDOWS OF HEAVEN TO POUR DOWN THE WATERS! 

They even Sang it more melodious than Majek himself.

It was like nature heed their prayers! There was a torrential rainfall for about twelve hours unabated. The flooding was unprecedented! The entire compound was completely flooded! The four cars in his garage were submerged. The  down stirs were also submerged.

The poor family's joy knew no bound! Five days later, the waters finally subsided. But enormous damaged had already been done! His four cars had their engines completely knocked! The flood waters brought huge dirts from other parts of the town and hung them on the walls of the bungalow and the fence collapsed. Stinking waters from different septic tanks which were ruptured flown down into the compound. The odour was almost unbearable!

The poor family were very happy. They smiled and laughed in a mockery manner.

Then came the middle of the dry season. The sun was at its peak! The heat became extremely scorching and almost unbearable! The zinc house became extremely hot. The poor family could hardly withstand the heat and so they constantly pour water on their body to cool themselves. Every now and then, he poured water on his children as they cried in agony.

When the rich man observed it, himself and his family became excited. It was now, their turn to mock.

He also inserted the gospel cassette of EKKII-RA-NATIVE: 

OH, LORD, SEND DOWN THE SUN TO SHINE AND DRY THE EARTH! 

THE FLOOD IS GONE! 

THE RAINBOW IS BRIGHT!

OH, LORD, SEND DOWN THE SUN, THE FLOOD IS OVER! 

BOIL EVERY WATER CONTAINERS TO COOK ANY LIVING THINGS IN THEM!

ALLELUIAS! ALLELUIAS! AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!! HALLELUJAH!

It was like nature heed their song and the sun became extremely scorching! The poor man and his family then poured water into some wide plastic containers and they entered into them to prevent the sun from burning off their skins.

NATURE IS NEVER PARTIAL IN ITS DEALINGS!
