The difference between Medical Doctor and Native Doctor are the letters 'M and BED and 'N and MAT' after letter 'M, you get 'N'

Mr Paul is angry with both of them and his annoyance is genuine.

PAUL: Guys, you see, my wife was having an abdominal pains and l took her to see a medical doctor.During the examination, he asked her to lie on a bed and he later stripped her naked and examined her up and down and gave me bills to go and buy drugs.

After about a year, she had the same abdominal pains again. This time, l took her to a native doctor.

During the examination, he asked her to lie on a mat and he later stripped her naked and examined her up and down and gave me bills to buy concoctions.

The difference is that one strips you naked on a bed and the other, on a mat. 

                               Both are very annoying!
