There is this primary school which its majority of teachers are females.  The female teachers often engage themselves in fighting. This gives the headmaster a great embarrassment as people mill round the school fence to watch this ugly situation.

One day, two of the teachers engaged themselves in a do or die fighting and they naked themselves. The headmaster was highly embarrassed by the action of these two married women who supposed to instill moral virtues and good example in their pupils and the general public to have denigrated themselves.

The headmaster summoned them to his office and he asked them to go down on their knees, put up their hands and close their eyes. And the following ensued.

TEACHERS: Sir, we are not kids and so you can't treat us as one. This is what we the teachers do to our erring pupils to correct them. We are the leaders of the pupils in our various our classes.

HEADMASTER: If you the leaders of your pupils can punish them when they err because you are their leaders, then l can also punish you when you err too because l am your leader. By the way, who says you are not Kids like your pupils? Is it not kids who fight and naked themselves in the public? Each of you is going to receive thirty strokes of the cane in your bottoms.

From that day, no more fighting in the school.
