"THE BOTTOMS ARE NOT BLIND, DEAFT AND DUMB"

Once upon a time, the minister of humanitarian and resettlement visited a certain, blind, deaf and dumb settlement.

She observed that the girls and the boys as well as the men and the women were all housed apart. 

And she said, "Proprietor, why do you have to separate these people? They don't pose any problem to one another. They can't talk, see or hear".
