Once upon a time, a certain area's electricity transformer became faulty. The area's committee on electricity then set up a taskforce to collect the sum of ten thousand naira from every household.

But they said that single ladies, such as, spinsters, divorcees and widows should pay the sum of three thousand naira only.

But as the committee began to go round from house to house to collect the money, every house they came to, a lady would emerged saying she was either a widow, divorcee or a spinster. 

When the committee began to encounter this challenges, they made another announcement that single ladies would now pay the sum of three thousand naira in cash and two days in kind.

That is, in addition to the three thousand naira cash, a very huge looking guy known as Baburuza, aka, unholy angel, the man believed to have a weapon of mass destruction between his thighs will sleep with all the single ladies for two days.

This man has a record of creating deep and wide open oil wells that never heals between ladies thighs hence his mere appearance sends convulsions into the bodies of single ladies.

As the committee went round the second day, with Baburuza at the front, all the houses they earlier visited some days ago with only single ladies have automatically became coupled!

All the houses visited no longer have single ladies but married women with husbands.
