There was this landlord who had nine grown up sons between 19 and 40 years old. The man as well as his sons were chronic womanizers.
At a time, a man with six daughters between the ages of twelve and twenty two years respectively packed into the compound. The six daughters were students in different schools. They come home during holidays.
During one of the holidays, one of the girls was raped by one of the landlord's sons. Two others also escaped being raped.
Then the next year, just before the girls arrived home for holiday, their father bought each of them a sharp cutlass to defend themselves with.
The sons of the landlord had strategize themselves for the coming of the girls. They hope that they would get one or more of them this time around.
But the next morning after their arrival, they were seen going to fetch water with each armed with a cutlass tied to her waist.
The surprised landlord went and asked the father why did his daughters armed themselves with cutlasses.
The father then said, "you see my landlord. Those who live closer to the dreadful Sambisa Forest must arm and protect themselves with at least locally made A-K47 from the menace of the dreaded BOKOHARAM'S rampant attacks".
The landlord then said, "but Sambisa Forest is not closer to here but about fifty thousand kilometres away from here".
The father of the girls then answered him by saying, "yes, directly, it is far away from here but indirectly it is within our domain".
