After preaching to a group of drunkards at a beer parlor, a
pastor asked the men who were heavily drunk where they would like to go after
death, heaven or hell. And they asked the pastor to name the various amenities
in each of them. And the pastor said, “In heaven there are regular singing of
praises and worshiping.
Everywhere looks neat. But no marriage and sexual
intercourse, alcohol, gambling and prostitutes, no disco halls and no beer
parlors. All these things which I just mentioned now can only be found in
hell”.
And
the drunkards shouted unanimously, “We prefer to go to hell”. The pastor became
angry and he wanted to explain further to them. But they threatened to break
his head with bottles, saying, “We have spoken and that is final, hell we shall
all go”.
