JUDGE: Mr Lobobo, your pastor alleged that you requested him to visit you in the cell and on getting there, you requested the police to put him in the cell with you.
And they did exactly that. Now, can you tell this honourable court why you did that?
MR LOBOBO: My Lord, he is my pastor and every Sunday, he preaches to us that we should share whatever things we have with our beloved! Sir, as a result of this sermon of his: l began to share whatever things l have with him.
My brother who lives in America sent me some clothes, shoes and some dollars. When l received them, l shared them equally with him.
Someone brought me some fish last week and l shared the fish with him. Hence l decided to share the cell with him as my beloved pastor. There is blessing in sharing!
He was discharged and acquitted!
