JUNIOR: Daddy, how do you people know a criminal?
The other day we were going to my school and we saw a young man along the road. You stopped him and told him that you suspected him to be a criminal. At first he denied.
But with further interrogation, he agreed! How did you know he is a criminal?
FATHER: You see, my son. As a police officer, merely looking at your face, l can tell who is a criminal and who is not; because a criminal's face always has that trace of guilty.
JUNIOR: Now, Daddy. We are eight in this family.
You and l, mummy and my elder brothers and sisters.
Now, who amongst us is a criminal?
Or do you mean that there is no criminal amongst us?
FATHER: Thank you my son. You see, the only criminal amongst us is you because in most times you pick money from your mummy's shop and also from my pockets to buy things at school. That makes you a criminal!?
JUNIOR: Thank you Dad. Do you know that my life ambition is to become a police C.I.D? Yes, that is it!
Infact, l was a police C.I.D from birth and l know the actual criminal in this family and l can name him.
FATHER: If you believed that you were born a police detective, then tell me who the actual criminal in this family is.
JUNIOR: You dad is the actual criminal because daily you armed yourself with an ak-47 rifle and set up a roadblock where you collect money. Can someone be more criminal than that?
THE FATHER WAS SPEECHLESS!
