"SEE WETIN MEN CAUSED ME NOW!"

There was this guy who travelled Liberia from Nigeria to visit a friend of his. He stayed there for two month. When he returned, his landlord had sold the building he was living and the landlord packed all his belongings to his parents in the village.

He decided to stay in the village for a while pending when he would secure another apartment in the city. 

Now, when staying in the village, he always used words such as, "men! Bulshitmen! gaddem! Oh, gush!milee, y for his mother and popsy for his father etc.

He was expecting his normal African dishes such as akpu, pounded yam, fufu, garri or amala with egusi vegetable soup with assorted cow parts or bangs soup with fresh fish or one the the delicious African dishes.

But to his chagrin, his mother cut some salads, onions, raw melon and carrots with pear on a plate for him as breakfast. And the following ensued.

MOTHER: My son, here is your food.

SON: Mum, Oh, gush men! Where is my gaddem meal men? I gat not take this men! I gonna challenge you men!

MOTHER: Are you also blind from your journey?

SON: Mum, l am not blind. It just that l can't see the food men! I and l gonna call jah-jah!

MOTHER: Alright, just sit down. You will soon see joh-joh or jah-jah man!

SON: What offence have l committed to warrant this type of gaddem punishment men?

MOTHER: My son, those who speak men! Bullshit-men! Momsy for their mother and popsy for their father,  Gaddem and Oh, gush and l gonna or l gat don't eat local food. This is exactly what they eat.

And he said, "l beg, my mama and papa make una nor vex.

My palee and milee, Ose, l beg O, l dey loyal O!"

MOTHER: So you know say, na mama or Maleh you go call me and papa or baba or paleh you go call your father before you dey say momsy and pussy. As you don  dey loyal, you go eat starch with banga soup cooked with fresh fish or else na paper bread you go eat like bird.".
