Once upon a time, a certain law enforcement agent arrested a man with a bundle of stolen zinc.
The law enforcement agent then gave the man an option after he seized his national identification number.
OFFICER: You know that your national identification number is with me. So if you escape, l will surely get you.
Now, what you will do is to leave this bundle of zinc here with me and go back to where you stole this bundle and get me two bundles.My roof is seriously leaking and zinc are very expensive now. Once you can do that you are free to carry your own home, no offense.
The thief then went back to the shop which he had earlier burgled to get two more bundles for the law enforcement agent. He succeeded in bringing the first one to the law enforcement agent and he went to get the second one and he was caught. He then confessed the law enforcement agent as the person who sent him.
Now, other law enforcement agents arrested both the thief and his accomplice. But the law enforcement agent denied sending him eventhough they found the other two bundles that were formerly stolen with him. The case was charged to court by the shop owner.
In delivering judgement, the judge set the thief free and sentenced the law enforcement agent to twenty years imprisonment and also recommended his dismissal from the force and forfeiture of all his entitlements.
The judge said that the court believes that he sent the man whom he supposed to arrest to commit more crime thereby turning his back on the oath he swore to protect which is the lives and property of the citizenry.
