A man just returned from the city to the village with two brand new SUVs. He was looking very good. He told his father that he wants to build a mansion and thereafter buy a car each for him and his mother.
And the surprised father said, "my son, I thought you are a pastor. If yes, then how comes you are this rich? Because, pastors as well known for their poor life style. They don't have money because they are not to store wealth here on earth but in heaven according to the Bible".
And the son said, "daddy, shine your eyes! Because, there are presently two types of pastors in our society.
The poor ones with their churches dedicated to God. Any rat that lives in these type of churches is the proverbial " CHURCH RAT" They are always bony. These pastors believed that their reward is in heaven.
But I belonged to the new generation churches. Our primordial assignment is to acquire wealth. That is why our preachings are mainly based on earthly riches. We deal with what we see here on earth. When we get to the bridge of heaven, we shall know what to do. Our God is not a poor God ".
And the father said, "No wonder the holy Bible says that only few would be saved. The earth is in trouble".
