 The below was a conversation between a journalist and two presidents, a local and a foreign.

JOURNALIST: Excellencies, would you resign if an allegation of incompetency is levelled against you?

FOREIGN LEADER: Immediately.

LOCAL LEADER: Never!

JOURNALIST: Would you resign if you are caught with stolen money?

FOREIGN LEADER: Immediately.

LOCAL LEADER: Never!

JOURNALIST: Would you resign if you are accused of forging your credentials and bribery?

FOREIGN LEADER: Immediately.

LOCAL LEADER: Never!

JOURNALIST: If you are caught in a CCTV camera with your Secretary having a quick one in the office or in the toilet, what would you do?

FOREIGN LEADER: Resign immediately.

LOCAL LEADER: Never!

JOURNALIST: Would you resign if your people are dying of hunger and your country is collapsing under your nose and you are lost of solution?

FOREIGN LEADER: Immediately.

LOCAL LEADER:  Never!

JOURNALIST: You this local leader, don't you have shame? Is the seat your inheritance?

LOCAL LEADER: As far, l am in the seat, it is my inheritance!
